Sharing
Images can be shared in two ways. Cameras can be shared to a group and all members of that group will see images in their own Zeemage account feed as they arrive. The other alternative is to share your images using a share link, which provides access to images of selected cameras with limited Zeemage features. Sharing is managed on the Zeemage Settings page.
Group sharing
Group sharing allows users to share camera feed (new images as they arrive) among group members. Once received, images become property of the receiver. A shared image can not be recalled afterwards.
Groups can have users in 3 roles, administrator, member and viewer. Group creator will automatically become administrator, and he can invite viewers and members with a share code. Also additional administrators can be invited, and new administrators will have the same rights as the original (e.g. remove original administrator from group). Administrators and members can share their cameras to a group, viewers can only view, not share. All images shared through group sharíng are counted as receivers quota. Cameras can be modified and removed at any time and changes become active immediately.
If the sole administrator leaves the group, the group will be deleted.
Sharing with link
Share link allows users to share a view to camera feed with a link. Using a link does not require login or other identification. Zeemage features are limited for a viewer and access can be revoked just by deleting the share link. Users should acknowledge the risk of leaking images outside of the intended audience when using a share link.
To create a share link, select "new share link" on the settings page, name it and select cameras to be shared. Name can not be changed afterwards, but shared cameras can be changed. A link can be deleted at any time and it will get permanently deactivated.
A link enables anyone to access Zeemage and shared cameras with following limitations (some limitations are not yet in use).

No possibility to delete, tag, make favorite or download

No access to image details, camera settings, other settings or account details.

User interface language is same as language of view owner

No access to control room settings, predefined control room view for PC is 2x3-all images, and for mobile 2x1-all images
Reasonable usage volume

Creation of sharing links is enabled for TRIAL accounts, and later for paid accounts (except MINI). There is no separate fee for sharing, but usage is expected to be reasonable. If reasonable volume is exceeded, usage is throttled by the system.

View link usage is tracked and logged. Users’ IP addresses are stored. Example of reasonable usage: 10 unique users within 24 hours, with a maximum of 40 gallery updates and 10 hours of control room usage.
